“Friendship starts in loving hearts.“

How time flies! We’re now on our second module for the third quarter. Although we had to move our schedule for two weeks, we will still be celebrating Heart’s Month for Module 6.

Love matters in all aspects of our lives. We need to pay attention to our environment and to our critically endangered National Bird which is the Philippine Eagle. It is known as haribon which means the king of the birds. It is one of the rarest eagles in the world and we only have about 400 pairs in the wild. That is why the Philippine Eagle Foundation in Davao City aims to save the Philippine Eagle through research, rehabilitation and captive breeding. We can do our share just by learning more and perhaps visit the Philippine Eagle Center in the near future.
